It impacts the community through the value system. What we value here at Medicina La Mujer is providing the people all natural, clean, and simple products. Beverages that aid in digestion, lower inflammation, assist metabolism, build strong immunity, move your feet, and taste delicious. We value the strength and confidence in knowing what is in our products; eliminating any toxic chemical footprint and harmful preservatives. Through curating our own syrups we dissolve any middle man and keep the medicine directed from the source.
Medicina La Mujer serves as an intentional medicinal bar; where mindfulness and conscious living is infused together and breathing as one entity. The intention is to start building trust again between the people and what they consume.
The Birthing of Medicina La Mujer
The story begins in 2020, when my consciousness started to realize that I didn’t need to work a job just to pay for my survival needs. I realized that the earth provided those needs for free. During this time, I was also being moved by being my own business owner while also calling me to seek my true community. I decided to travel to find my “soul tribe” . Traveling all over the east coast and no luck, I landed back in Georgia with my mother.
It’s 2022 and I’m working at an all natural grocery store learning all about herbs and their medicine, juicing for family members and handling my milk business. I felt successful and taking the steps to build my business, and at the same time, I felt the calling to explore the US ringing in my bones. So I answered the calling and travelled all over in nature. This is where I earned my hands on experience with wild herbs. Using them daily for maintaining my health. For the past three years, I worked hand and hand with wild herbs, learning their wisdom, and holding ceremonies with them.
The beginning of 2025, I returned home from the island Kauai, HI and came home with a new vision. The vision of my own restaurant. A restaurant that represents a full reflection of Nature’s seasons and wildness. A menu based on food that is wild harvested and crafted to reflect the beauty and abundance of this unconditional giving planet. This is where Medicina La Mujer was birthed. That was my mission – to showcase the blessings of this earth through food and beverages and that is what I did in the year of 2025. Travelling all over San Diego, Arizona, and Mount Shasta providing Medicina La Mujer to people’s events and to the community.
Which brings us here now, furthering the mission of earth and reflecting her beauty through theses medicinal beverages. To continue to show how effective natural medicine is and bridge the gap between the body and the earth.
